Delete Your Account

How to request deletion
Email support@chesrutech.com from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. That’s the whole request — there’s no form to fill in. We’ll confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What we delete
Your profile, and — if you own a workspace — that workspace and everything in it: your clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, notes, photos, and custom vocabulary, along with the team memberships that give your crew access. If you are a member of someone else’s workspace we remove you from it; the work itself belongs to the owner and stays with them.
Deletion is permanent
Once your data is gone we cannot restore it, and we keep no backup copy for you. Export or send yourself anything you still need — quotes, invoices, client details — before you make the request.
Your voice recordings
There is nothing to delete. JobVoice AI never stores your audio: recordings go only to our transcription provider to create your transcript, and the provider deletes each upload after about 24 hours.
Your subscription
Subscriptions are billed by Apple and Google, not by us, so deleting your account does not cancel one. Cancel it yourself in the App Store or Google Play — do that first, or you may keep being charged for a plan you can no longer use.
What we keep
Only what the law requires: records of payment and tax, which are held by our app stores and payment providers on their own schedules. These contain none of your job, quote, client, or invoice content.
